Hi! My name is Timmie Horvath (formerly Wanechko), and I am a Reiki + Energy Healing Master Teacher, Yoga + Fitness Instructor, certified Health Coach, and Blogger/Writer.

My family and I live in Edmonton, AB. I serve the Edmonton area, and surrounding communities.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I specialize in energy healing, fitness, and nutrition. My educational background is in nursing (LPN), but I’ve since retired from that career to devote my time to writing and lecturing about health and wellness, teaching Reiki, and being more available to my kids.
